Kristiansand Dyrepark successfully launced new Sales, Ticketing and Access Control System

Kristiansand Zoo & Amusement Park (Dyreparken) successfully launched our highly flexible and comprehensive system for Internet Sales, Onsite Ticketing and Access Control. The system supports seasonal ePass using personalized RFID cards, tickets with 2D barcodes, handheld scanners and turnstiles, and are prepared for the use of self-service kiosks and biometrics.

“The new system has proven to be very effective, removing our queues at the entrance. With increased customer convenience, effective self service options and marketing functionality, the system will be a core element in our future initiatives”, says Lasse Tønnesen, Chief Financial Officer.
