SAS Group signs technology agreement with Braathens IT Solutions
 

SAS Group and Braathens IT Solutions, a Norwegian provider of IT solutions for the airline industry, have signed an agreement for the provision of a new Ticketless Travel Platform (TP/TPC)

The TP/TPC product is a competitive product for SAS, providing flexibility and efficiency for the Corporate Traveler. The new TP/TPC platform will be integrated with the Amadeus Altéa suite of solutions and become part of SAS New Distribution Platform, which is planned to be implemented in 2012.

Braathens IT Solution offers solid and extensive experience from the aviation and travel sector. Its proven successful ticketless solutions have been embraced by corporate travelers in the Scandinavian market. The company was founded in 2002 by former employees of the airline Braathens and is part of corporate group Braathens Aviation.
