Branova joins Braathens - a name again in international aviation Braathens Aviation is the parent company of a group containing 6 different companies all well positioned within the aviation industry. The new group of companies is based on existing aviation business already controlled by Per G. Braathen and will from September 2007 operate as a consolidated group of companies with different brands and business areas. Knut Solberg presently CEO of Malmö Aviation will become CEO of the group and Per G. Braathen Chairman The group generated sales of SEK 1.6 billion and net profit of SEK 60 million in 2006. The company is forecasting sales of SEK 1.8 billion in 2007.
