Web Service Award
The e-commerce solution developed by Braathens IT Solutions has won the Web Service Award for 2007. The Web Service Award is the largest website-survey of its kind in Sweden, evaluating how the visitors rate the quality and service of the website. More than 160 000 people answered the survey involving about 150 websites. This is the second time the site is nominated, and this time Malmö Aviations site received the award. "The Swedish e-commerce customers have high expectations. We are very satisfied that our e-commerce solution used by the airline Malmö Aviation has received this award", says Sales Director Torbjörn Olsson. Braathens IT Solutions is a software development and consultancy company, based in Norway and Sweden. The company provides innovative internet and mobile solutions to the travel industry. Malmö Aviation, Swiss and Brussels Airlines are among the customers. Braathens Aviation includes two airlines, Malmö Aviation and Transwede Airways, Braathens Technical (Aircraft Maintenance), Braathens Training (Pilot Training), Braathens Leasing (Aircraft Leasing) and Braathens IT Solutions (IT).
